Nature and Means by which Information is Collected
At various pages throughout the site, you may have the opportunity to voluntarily provide us with your name, e-mail, telephone, postal address, or other information.

Server Logs
When you visit this website, and most other websites, the computer server that hosts the website automatically logs the IP Address that your ISP has assigned to you, the date and time you visited, the pages or other resources, such as images or documents, you accessed or downloaded, the type of browser you are using, and the referrer address (the site that referred you to this site) which may, in the case of a search engine, for instance, also contain the search terms you used to find this site on the search engine.

Cookies
The Wallace Wright Group, L.L.C. may use “cookies” to maintain a session with a user’s browser or to store a user’s settings/choices for use on a future visit.  A cookie is a small piece of data stored on a user’s computer by the user’s web browser and may contain bits of information such as user preferences, the identifier for a server-based session, and other data.

Voluntary Nature of Information
All information collected is voluntary except for the server log data which is created automatically upon arrival on the server.   You may choose whether or not to allow cookies by adjusting the settings on your browser.  The Wallace Wright Group understands that users may not want cookies put onto their computer and may have turned cookies off on their browsers. The Wallace Wright Group tries to make its' website function equally well with and without cookies.

Refusal to provide personal information beyond that which is necessary to provide you with the functionality you are requesting or refusal to allow further unrelated use of your personal information will not be the basis for denying you service.

Confidentiality, Integrity and Quality of the Information Collected
All The Wallace Wright Group, L.L.C. personnel with access to user’s information are required to only view and use the information as necessary to perform authorized company functions.  The data integrity is ensured by periodic backups and database integrity checks.  The quality of the data is ensured by allowing users to correct any errors upon request.

ACCESS/PARTICIPATION

The Wallace Wright Group, L.L.C., after confirming a user’s identity to our satisfaction, will allow users to see what information we have about them, if any.  Also, confirmed users may change, correct, or delete any information we have about them that is inaccurate.

INTEGRITY/SECURITY

The Wallace Wright Group, L.L.C. takes what we consider to be reasonable precautions to ensure the integrity and security of user information.  However, the internet was created and designed to share information, not necessarily to keep it secure.  As your data passes across the internet and when it is stored on servers, it may be stolen, corrupted, or deleted, just as it may be when stored in filing cabinets when a fire or burglary occurs.
